This location in Kipahulu, Maui, offers a spectacular view of the entire lower section of Haleakala National Park - from the coastline, up through Ohe'o Gulch (site of the famed Seven Pools), and terminating with a clear view of remote Kipahulu Valley, one of the most pristine wildlands in Hawai'i.  This painting was accepted into the Top 100 in the annual Arts for the Parks Exhibition for 2001.
