Lahaina artist Heather Burton paints in an undefined style that mixes impressionism with realism and searches for a deeper connection with the viewer.

Heather received her BFA from Syracuse University and her MFA in painting and illustration from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.

Originally from Upstate NY, Heather moved to Maui in 2011. Her series depicting Maui Polo is captivating. Along with her landscapes and island flora and fauna Heather brings us Maui at it's finest.

Artist Statement
I have always loved the beauty of the world around me. I strive to capture the moments in life that capture me so that I can share the awe, beauty and emotions evoked in me with my audience.
